      However, this management style often leads to stress and frustration for both the leader and the team, as it stifles creativity and slows progress.

      There isn’t much of an upside, as it can hurt morale and efficiency.

      To handle being micromanaged, one could try having a calm conversation with the manager, asking for more autonomy, and demonstrating that they can deliver good results without constant supervision.
